About Me

Ben is currently a Graduate Research Assistant in Dr. Evan Wang's laboratory focusing on non-invasive sensing and stimulation to treat brain disorders.

While a member of the Serda lab, Ben worked on cellular trafficking of nanoparticles and vaccine in mice with advanced ovarian cancer. He contributed to defining mechanisms of therapeutic action following regional delivery of therapeutics to the cancer site. He is first author on two publications form the Serda Lab, and while at UNM-HSC, he presented research findings at SITC 2023 and UNM's HSC Research Day 2023 in poster format.
